Domestic & International Orders (including for Sale 2021):

  1. Returns & Exchanges are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e., product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, in which case we will re-fulfil your order with the same or similar product after review of the wrong delivery/quality/ manufacturing defect within a specific time frame (see Customer Care below);
  2. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis and we request you to get in touch with our Customer Care for prompt resolution;
  3. Unfortunately, we cannot allow Returns & Exchanges under any other circumstances. Customers are requested to verify and review order(s) including colours, sizes, quantities, etc. of textiles /garments /objects before placing the order;
  4. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address or there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient;
  5. Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store;
  6. Purchases made during on sale/ discounts are not eligible for any return or exchange;
  7. Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our insurance adjuster visits to survey the damage;
  8. Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as ‘received’.
